Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Gup, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Gup is a product of Eberything Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Connecting an integration (such as Shopify) also confirms you have authority to grant Gup the requested access and to process related end-customer data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Use of the service

You may use Gup to train and deploy AI support agents for your own website and products. You are responsible for the content you connect and for complying with applicable laws.

Integrations and Actions

Optional Actions let agents look up live data from systems you connect (for example Shopify order status). You authorize only the scopes you approve during OAuth. You must not use Actions to access data without a lawful basis, to circumvent platform rules, or to perform write actions (such as refunds or cancellations) unless we expressly enable them. You are responsible for your storefront policies, Shopify (or other platform) terms, and shopper-facing disclosures. We process end-customer data as your processor under the DPA.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Availability

We aim to keep Gup available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party APIs (including Shopify) may be unavailable or rate-limited outside our control.
